This month, our managing partner Sandro Slijepčević was featured on Oslobodjenje and asked about his personal background story, his ties to Bosnia and Herzegovina and what drives him to what he does. The interview is in Bosnian, but here is a short snippet from the interview translated to English:
”I believe that Bosnia and Herzegovina, like the entire Western Balkans, can become a new center of investments for sectors like agriculture, manufacturing, real estate, tourism, IT and energy. […] The goal of WBBG is to actively offer services which enable the realisation of further cooperation, investments, research and other activities.
Based on everything we have done so far, I can be happy that I have found people here (red. the Netherlands) with the same mindset, that we have founded the NEBO-platform and that I now have the possibilities to setup a professional company like WBBG and to work for the further development and representation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Netherlands and vice versa. I think there will also be a way of showing gratitude to our parents for what they have done for us, how they have invested in our education, and how we are repaying them by looking towards Bosnia and Herzegovina, to show that we have the intelligence, idea’s and energy to do the best for its development and prosperity.”
